Placing orders
After all details of an order are agreed on you will receive a detailed written offer including a price quote.
Please return this form signed by mail or fax, we send you an order confirmation and inform you about the
anticipated time of delivery. By sending us the signed offer you are placing the order.
Methods of payment
After you receive the order confirmation you will transfer 50% of the price of the order to the account listed below.
After we receive this first rate (50%) we will begin the work on the order.
After the work has been completed we will inform you and you will pay the second rate (50%) of the order
to the account stated below.
Upon reception of the second rate of the payment we will ship the product to you.
All payments are in Euro.
Order
cancellation
An order
can be cancelled until seven days after the order has been placed - i.e.
until 7 days after the date
of the post stamp or the fax reception. Orders
cannot be cancelled after that date. If a customer refuses
to receive
an order we will keep the first rate as compensation for our efforts and
expenses.
Shipment
Postage, packing, and if applicable shipping insurance are included in the price.
This also includes customs fees and VAT for shipments to destinations abroad.
Satisfaction guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all our products. Should you be unhappy
with the quality of our product
we will fix any problems. Is there a problem
that cannot be fixed we will rebuild the product. However,
complaints about
the quality of a product exclude cancellation of an order. Color variations
of parts
are excluded from this guarantee.
This guarantee also excludes
complaints about parts of third parties, which have not been produced by
us,
or which have been provided by you are excluded from this guarantee.
The product must be sent to us
in the original packaging within three days
including a written description of the problem.
Products that have been
used in the meantime are excluded from this guarantee.
This guarantee cannot
be transferred.
We reserve the right to change prices or models, especially due to technical
requirements
or if parts are not available.
Court location
Applicable law is that of the Federal Republic of Germany. Location of court is Munich, Germany.
